NDIS Funding (Self-Managed & Plan-Managed)

We are experienced in supporting NDIS participants to maximize their funding for meaningful outcomes.

  • How it works: We use your Capacity Building: Improved Daily Living budget.

  • Process: After you contact us, we’ll set up a Service Agreement that follows NDIS Price Guide standards.

  • Invoicing: We send invoices to you (Self-managed) or your Plan Manager.

Medicare Rebates (EPC / CDM Plan)

If your child has chronic or complex needs, you may be eligible for a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan, formerly known as EPC.

  • The Benefit: You can claim a rebate for up to 5 allied health sessions per calendar year.

  • What we need: You must provide a valid GP Referral Letter and the CDM plan before your first session.

  • Note: We do not bulk bill; you pay the full fee, and we provide a receipt for you to claim the rebate back from Medicare.

Support at Home (Home Care Packages)

We provide specialized mobile therapy to support individuals living independently at home.

  • The Benefit: We collaborate with Home Care Package (HCP) providers to deliver Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy, focusing on functional independence, swallowing safety, and home safety assessments.

  • Documentation: Please provide us with your Case Manager’s contact details or your package provider’s information so we can set up the necessary Service Agreement.

Private Health & Self-Funding

If you don't have NDIS or Medicare, you can still access our services directly.

  • Private Health: Check with your provider if you are covered for "Speech Pathology," "Occupational Therapy," or "Music Therapy." We provide tax invoices for your claims.

  • Direct Access: No referral or diagnosis is required. You can simply fill out our Referral Form to get started.

FAQs about Funding

  • You cannot use both for the same session. However, some families use their 5 Medicare sessions first and then transition to NDIS funding.

  • As a mobile service, travel costs apply to all home and school visits. We strive to keep these fees transparent and will discuss them with you during our first call.
