Simple answers to common questions — guiding you with clarity and care.
About Our Services
-
We believe in "Connection Before Intervention." Unlike traditional clinical models, we prioritize understanding the "soul" of the individual. Our multidisciplinary team (Speech, OT, and Music Therapy) works collaboratively, ensuring your child’s journey is holistic, evidence-based, and deeply personal.
-
Yes. We are proud to be a cultural and linguistic bridge for Sydney’s diverse community. Our team members are fluent in English, Cantonese or Mandarin. This ensures that families feel truly heard and understood.
-
We are a mobile allied health provider serving families across Greater Sydney. We meet you where life happens—at home, schools, childcares, or local community centers. We also offer Telehealth sessions for families across Australia.
Clinical & Getting Started
-
No. If you have concerns about your child’s development, communication, or sensory needs, you can start your journey with us immediately. We specialize in early intervention and can guide you through the assessment process.
-
It means our Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Music Therapists don't work in silos. We share insights and coordinate goals. For example, if your child has difficulty with mealtimes, our SP (swallowing) and OT (sensory/posture) can collaborate to provide a unified solution.
-
Simply fill out our Online Enquiry Form or WhatsApp us. We will arrange an initial consultation to understand your goals, discuss our Service Agreement, and match you with the therapist who best fits your child’s personality.
NDIS & Funding
-
We currently support Self-Managed and Plan-Managed NDIS participants. We follow the latest NDIS Price Guide to ensure transparent and fair pricing for all our families.
-
We welcome all families. You can access our services through:
Medicare Rebates (Chronic Disease Management / EPC plans from your GP)
Private Health Insurance (Depending on your level of cover)
Self-Funded / Private Paying sessions.
-
Absolutely. We know the NDIS can be overwhelming. We provide detailed progress reports for your plan reviews and can help explain how your funding can be used most effectively to support your child’s development.
Our Policies
-
To ensure we can provide consistent support to all families on our waitlist, we require 2 full business days’ notice for any cancellations. This allows our therapists to manage their mobile schedules effectively.
-
As a mobile service, travel is charged in accordance with the NDIS Price Guide. We do our best to group sessions by location to keep travel costs as efficient as possible for our families.
