Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Spyria Therapy. By accessing and using our services (including our website, forms, and communication channels), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Service Scope

Spyria Therapy provides multidisciplinary allied health services, including Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, and Music Therapy. We deliver mobile, community-based, and telehealth therapy to clients across Greater Sydney. Services are subject to clinician availability and professional suitability based on initial intake and clinical assessment.

2. Eligibility

Clients must be eligible for NDIS funding, Home Care Packages (HCP), private health insurance, or self-payment arrangements. We may request documentation (e.g., NDIS plan details or GP referrals) prior to commencing service.

3. Bookings and Cancellations

To ensure fairness to our clinicians and other clients, we require two full business days' notice for any cancellations.

  • Late cancellations or "no-show" appointments will be charged in accordance with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements or our private billing policy.

4. Fees and Invoicing

Fees are structured according to current NDIS Price Guides or private service agreements.

  • All clients will receive a Service Agreement outlining applicable charges, travel costs, and reporting fees.

  • Invoices must be paid within the agreed timeframe specified on the invoice.

5. Client Conduct and Safety

We are committed to a safe, respectful environment for both our clients and our clinicians. We reserve the right to suspend or cease services if:

  • Staff are placed at risk due to unsafe environments.

  • Staff are subjected to disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour.

  • There is a consistent failure to comply with agreed-upon service terms.

By engaging our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information for the purpose of clinical service delivery. Information will only be shared with third parties (e.g., Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, or School/Facility Management) with your explicit consent, unless disclosure is required by law.
